Job Description The Technology Coordinator oversees and manages the functions Director/Head and team activities, playing a crucial role in organising efficient workflows, facilitating communications, ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining the smooth operation of the function. Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems/documents, electronic filing systems, databases, team and SharePoint sites, processes and procedures (e.g., org charts) Accountable for production of regular reports, briefing papers and presentations for Board level reporting and key programmes Coordination of regular headcount reporting and forecasting for the team/programme to ensure plans are on track and escalate where necessary Onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers (perms, contractors, partners) Support the preparation and creation of necessary communications materials and ensure alignment with overall organizational messaging Coordinate the collation and communication of performance Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones Manage key administrative processes on behalf of the team Work to ensure governance and compliance on key admin processes and policies. Responsible for summarising actions, follow-ups, and communicating decisions within timeframes Drive Director and C Level participants from multiple and disparate companies to ensure completion of their deliverables to meet project milestones Challenge and hold to account senior stakeholders to deliver administrative commitments and outcomes on time and according to plan
