Ponticelli UK Ltd are looking for a Business Intern to join our team. The Intern’s role will be to gain practical experience in various aspects of the business by supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to key projects across departments. The Intern will work closely with different teams to develop a broad understanding of the business and its operations.
Key Deliverables
* Assist in the daily operations of various departments, including finance, HR, marketing, and operations, by providing administrative and project support.
* Contribute to departmental projects, conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports to support business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain insight into business processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that support business development and strategic decision-making.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to assigned tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the energy sector and business operations.
* Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the business and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the company’s systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
* Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how various functions contribute to the overall success of the business.
Profile
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Essential: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Desirable: Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment.
