You will be joining our team as a Delivery/Trainee Recruitment Consultant within an established market. 80% of your time will be spent on the phone talking to candidates to better understand their careers objectives and presenting suitable opportunities with them.

YOU WILL BE:
7. Contacting and screening potential and existing candidates over the phone, responding to email queries, website updates
8. Speaking with clients over the phone and email
9. Writing and managing advert copy, managing internal reports and applicant flow
10. Database updates and supporting administration
11. Using social media to interact with both candidates and clients
YOU WILL NEED:
12. Self-motivation and determination
13. A proactive and positive attitude
14. High levels of energy
15. The ability to be a team player
16. Experience of recruitment or sales would be an advantage but not essential
