We are currently recruiting for a Head of Hospitality to work with us at Oxford Brookes University.
Location: Oxford Brookes University
Rate of pay: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 depending on eventsm however predominantly Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the hospitality department including casual/variable workers
• Set the standards with the team for all events which include meeting room bookings, conferences, graduation dinners, gala dinners, canape and drink receptions
• Oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations, leading the development, delivery, and income generation of our services
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships
We are looking for a hands on leader who is looking to grow into a strategic leadership position with us.
