Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team based in Rugeley. The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties for the Sales Administrator will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
2. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and address inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
4. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in order management as needed.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and tools for improved efficiency.
7. Promote new products to existing clients.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator will have the following:
1. Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
4. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
