You must be fluent in Business German and this role is based in Worcester, Worcestershire
The position reports to the Customer Service Manager. Candidates must be able to create an instant rapport with our customer base in an engaging, inquisitive, resourceful manner and must have proven experience in a front facing role. Offering amazing customer service is extremely important to us, our customer interactions go far beyond the traditional telephone support, such as email, live chat, web and self–service. Customer support is more than just providing answers; it’s an important part of the promise Southco makes to its customers and focuses on creating a positive first impression helping to drive business growth within the region. You should:
* Respond and process (into the business system) requests from Customers, Distribution & Account Managers in a timely manner.
* Expedite customers’ orders as requires and liaise with Logistics and internal suppliers to ensure on time shipments.
* Develop relationships with existing customers, by promoting Southco’s products and services. Follow up on requests for quotations and samples.
* Build a strong relationship with our internal and external functions helping deliver ambitious sales strategies and to achieve revenue growth.
