Roles and Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different year groups and abilities.
* Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
* Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance student learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupils' academic and personal growth.
* Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to improve learning experiences.
* Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching across different primary year groups.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different age groups.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including those of SEN pupils.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children.
* An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
