The role of the Customer Service Administrator:
Process orders for clients.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and building strong relationships.
Answering queries.
Assist the with sales administrator with data.
Responsible for the administration for setting up new customer accounts.
Providing excellent support, proactively managing tasks and consistently striving to meet team goal. To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
Our client is looking for someone who has office experience, especially customer service administration experience, ideally in a sales environment, with experience developing and implementing effective processes.
