Develop and advise on portfolios for high net worth clients, building long-term relationships and delivering expert financial advice and planning.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
• Achieve targets for new clients, net portfolio growth, assets, and revenues.
• Build relationships through networking and cold calling, and develop existing ones.
• Provide expert financial advice and planning, including investments, banking products, and credit.
• Deal with complex client queries and support with products.
• Assist clients with introductions to professionals and advice on residency relocations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and industry best practice.
• Monitor risk and control client portfolios as a trusted adviser.
• Maintain global knowledge of financial products, economics, markets, and risk to support clients.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in wealth management/financial services with a portable client base of offshore clients.
• Fluent in a second language (advantageous).
• US Series 7 or equivalent, and experience in portfolio management, wealth structuring, financial planning, and long-term relationship management.
• Knowledge of all investment products in all asset classes, and an industry qualification is important.
