The Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher to lead our very successful, highly regarded and heavily oversubscribed school. We are an 11-18 boys’ Catholic comprehensive with a co-educational 6th Form in the London Borough of Barnet.
Following the decision of the current Headteacher to retire in December 2025, Governors are seeking a new leader who will work with Governors to shape the strategic direction of the school as we enter our centenary year. Our parental community is extremely supportive of our school and staff are committed and determined to secure outstanding provision to meet the needs of all students.
We require:
* A practising Catholic who is an inspirational and aspirational leader
* A proven track record in raising standards as a senior leader
* Ambition for, and a determination to, secure outstanding provision
* Recent experience of managing change and developing innovative provision
* A strong commitment to a flexible and collaborative management style.
We can offer you:
* A caring and supportive Catholic community where:
* Students are well behaved, enthusiastic and keen to progress
* Colleagues are warm, welcoming and extremely hard working
* There is a strong commitment to CPD and to tailored professional growth
* Talent and creative ideas are encouraged and developed
* We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of all staff and as such, colleagues are entitled to a wellbeing day after a year of service.
