We are looking to appoint a dynamic Cover Supervisor/Pastoral Support Officer that can support our students to go beyond what they thought possible. This role provides students with quality cover lessons by a member of staff who also is able to support and mentor within the pastoral support officer role. Your main responsibilities within this role will be: Delivering cover lessons in the absence of a teacher in accordance with the school policy Promoting positive student behaviour through developing strong relationships To work as a pastoral support officer leading aspects of the school pastoral and behaviour systems The Nova Education Trust is a cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust based in Nottinghamshire.
