Job Description
We have a new opportunity to be part of our Electronics team in the role of Electronics Systems Engineer.
As an Electronics Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge electronic systems across a variety of applications, including on-car systems, simulators, test rigs, and R&D projects. You will be responsible for configuring and calibrating instrumentation, logging systems, and ECUs, as well as supporting both factory-based operations and potential trackside activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced motorsport environment, can quickly learn new concepts, and has a deep understanding of electronic systems in Formula 1.
You will be responsible for:
1. Developing electronic systems for use in on-car, HIL simulators, DIL simulators, test rigs, and R&D facilities.
2. Taking ownership of processes and procedures related to electronic systems.
3. Configuring, calibrating, and implementing instrumentation and logging systems across various test environments.
4. Setting up and managing ECUs, data loggers, and sensors for testing and race applications.
5. Developing software tools for configuration, calibration, monitoring, analysis, and performance optimization.
