Technical Customer Experience Executive (Residential Property)

You will be working in the Customer Experience arm (Conductor CX - www.conductorcx.london) of the business, where we provide white labelled customer care to residential developers; ensuring satisfaction, enhancing reputation, and maximising potential.
The Role
To assist the team with the pre-completion inspections, with a strong focus on quality assurance and apartment functionality, purchaser completions and handovers, snagging, and defects a through to the defect’s liability period in a high-end residential development in London.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Leading on snagging inspections and functionality testing, updating snagging schedules and ensuring the programme stays on track to achieve deadlines ahead of Practical Completion
* Assisting with the process of apartment completion to purchasers or their agents, with the best level of customer experience
* Preparation of apartments, homeowner packs and other items ready for key handover
* Conducting key handover and home demonstrations to purchasers or their agents, with the best level of Customer Experience
* Assisting with the co-ordination of purchaser snagging
* Reporting of defects to the relevant teams and ensuring these are closed out efficiently
* Liaising with various contractors on snags and defects
* Administrative tasks, processing invoices, and preparing reports
The Person
* Must be experienced in Customer Care, particularly in handling defects, in a new residential building
* Must have knowledge of technical nuances of new build residential apartments and have experience in snagging
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Highly organised
* Great attention to detail
* Multi-task in an efficient manner
* A proactive, hands-on approach
* IT literate
* Ability to remain calm in all situations
* Ability to use own initiative and integrity in different situations
