This role involves providing administration to the Customer Service Team, with a big focus on invoicing. Customer Service Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities Working as part of a team, logging all customer contact, and tracking of enquiries. Preparing and processing invoices. Dealing with invoice queries. Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving within a given timeframe. Assisting in closing of customer service cases. Emailing and responding to queries. Chasing cases and clearing down work orders. Maintaining and updating all relevant records. Customer Service Administrator - Skills & Requirements Invoicing experience is essential. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Strong non-verbal communication skills. A confidence and willingness to learn. Experience in dealing with customers.
