Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (E-Learning) to join our division of E-Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with educational agencies, schools, and other organisations to recruit students for UniHive's Online Research Training Programmes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the student recruitment in the E-learning market, and a passion for helping students reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and establish strong partnerships with educational agencies, schools, and other key stakeholders.
* Student Recruitment: Drive student recruitment efforts by collaborating with partner agencies and schools to promote UniHive’s Online Research Training Programmes.
* Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and keep them updated on UniHive’s Online Research Training Programmes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and marketing in the international student recruitment sector.
* Proven track record of building partnerships and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year, including additional pay of:
