What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
Our Community Safety Team are passionate about protecting our customers and promoting thriving communities and we are expanding our team of 5 Tenancy Enforcement Officers who manage reports of anti-social behaviour.
We are looking for a driven and resilient individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security and well-being of our customers.
You will have experience of working in partnership with internal teams and partner agencies to find effective solutions to reduce anti-social behaviour in line with policies processes, standards, timescales and budgets.
You will be customer focused, preferably from a Community Safety or housing management background where you have developed skills in dealing with issues of anti-social behaviour in a calm and constructive way, with an understanding of how people respond in stressful situations.
You will have experience of information and evidence gathering, analytical and interviewing skills. You will be responsible for managing caseloads, identifying breaches of tenancy, and establishing effective resolutions using a range of legal and non-legal remedies.
