An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer (Level 2) to provide a dedicated business support function which is based between Town Hall Extension and Alex House.
We are looking to recruit a highly organised individual who will be expected to provide confidential, accurate and timely administrative duties. You should possess commitment to team working, be proactive in your work ethic, able to manage your own workload and be expected to show initiative and be responsive to the needs of the service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of expertise in minute taking. Knowledge and understanding of IT packages including Microsoft with good keyboard skills. The post holders will also need to be an effective communicator with good written skills which would support them in communicating with internal and external partners.
