My Client - A well known Charity based in London, is on the look out for a part-time Finance Officer to come in and assist the Financial Controller whilst the current incumbent is off long-term The Role: Reports to Financial Controller 0.5 FTE (2.5 days per week - flexible on when these hours are worked, i.e. can be 2 whole days a half day or 5 x half days etc) They are a hybrid workplace with mandatory 2 days in the office per week weekly income reconciliation - reconciling donor CRM/donation system to bank account and reports from various donor income streams (direct debit, just giving etc) - up to 1 day per week initially invoice review and processing - 0.5 day per week initially preparing weekly payment runs, reporting out to budget holders on what has been paid each week supporting with other finance tasks as needed (e.g. supporting FC with prep work for gift aid claims, bank reconciliations etc) If this sounds like the role for you, please apply as soon as possible as applications are under constant review and the role can close at any point In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
