We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our business as we continue to scale.
As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure ENODA’s IT environment is reliable, scalable, and secure. You will play a vital role in enabling our growth aspirations through systematic IT service standardization and robust cyber security measures. Your focus will span four key areas: administration, systems, infrastructure, and cyber security.

You'll spend your time:
Maintaining & Securing IT Infrastructure
* Ensuring ENODA’s infrastructure remains fit for purpose and evolves to support business growth.
* Troubleshooting technical issues to maintain system uptime and reliability.
Monitoring & Reporting
* Continuously monitor system health and security, and develop enhanced monitoring capabilities.
* Producing and presenting regular reports on system performance, risks, and opportunities.
Architecture & Design
* Contributing to IT infrastructure design and architecture changes, working with both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
* Building and maintaining automation flows across all IT infrastructure components.
Desktop & Device Management
* Owning the administration of Jamf and Intune for managed desktop deployments.
* Providing tier 3 support, resolving escalated issues quickly and effectively.
Team Leadership & Development
* Mentoring and upskilling the IT team by providing or sourcing training.
* Overseeing procurement of software licenses and managing departmental purchasing, budgeting, and supplier relationships.
Building & Facilities Support
* Collaborating with Facilities to maintain ENODA site IT and security infrastructure.
* Assist with building management and landlord requests as needed.
The key experience we're looking for:
Azure & Microsoft 365 Administration
* Proven experience administering and configuring Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
Operating Systems Knowledge
* Familiarity with multiple OS, including Microsoft, Unix, Linux, etc.
Scripting & Programming
* Ability to automate routine tasks using languages such as PowerShell, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
Networking
* Solid understanding of managed switches, firewalls, VPN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and basic routing principles.
User Support & Management
* Track record of providing high-level support and issue resolution for end users.
* Proven line management or team leadership experience.
The following would be advantageous:
Virtualization
* Hands-on experience with virtualization in Azure or equivalent cloud technologies.
IT Security
* Familiarity with Microsoft Security stack, industry standards (e.g., Cyber Essentials+, ISO 27001/5), and Zero Trust Architecture principles.
Analytical & Problem-Solving
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform critical thinking.
* Strong problem-solving mindset.
