Purpose of the role:
Our Late Room Mates are a family of real people with real personalities. We approach strangers as friends, share in the highs and lows of our guests’ days, and take delight in welcoming back guests time and time again.
As a Late Room Mate, it’s your role to ensure every guest who enters our hometel has a positive and memorable experience. You will deliver amazing hospitality across our food and beverage and customer-facing outlets, thriving on the challenge of always exceeding guests’ expectations while achieving a level of service through constant monitoring of our established brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
People
1. Assist guests with any enquiries, welcoming them with due care and attention.
2. Help guests check into their rooms and ensure satisfaction.
3. Deliver the best customer service experience for locals and guests.
4. Help prepare and service a great range of drinks and a fantastic, freshly produced menu.
5. Ensure smooth, confident, and tailored service for every individual.
6. Maintain a can-do attitude, understanding all brand standards and guests’ needs.
7. Be open to change and thrive on positive feedback from guests.
8. Support the development of new staff while having fun on shift.
9. Be proud of your Food & Beverage area, knowing your contribution is significant.
10. Exhibit health and safety and food safety knowledge on shift.
