Head of Growth / Growth Hacker / Sales Leader
Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in High Wycombe, UK (with flexibility across Europe)

They are looking for a Head of Growth who is not just another enterprise sales leader but a dynamic, intellectually curious challenger. Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. They need a growth-minded, high-energy sales driver who thrives on building and motivating sales teams, fostering a culture of winning, and ensuring our teams are maximising every opportunity to sell. You'll be responsible for diagnosing what's working and what's not across multiple business units in UK, Germany and Spain, refining high-impact sales strategies, and embedding them across the business units. Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales Team Performance: Instil a culture of accountability, motivation, and resilience across our sales teams.
2. Nail the process: Adapt, refine, innovate and align the funnel and sales processes across business units to enable best practice sharing and sales problem-solving.
3. Inspire & Challenge the Team: Push our sales professionals to achieve more, think bigger, and sell smarter.
4. Experiment & Innovate: Test new sales approaches, refine pitches, and explore fresh prospecting techniques.
5. Lead from the Front: Get involved in sales calls, provide hands-on coaching, and demonstrate what great looks like.
6. Build a High-Performance Sales Culture: Implement best practices in training, motivation, and team development.
7. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, RevOps, and product teams to align efforts and optimize lead conversion.
8. Adapt & Scale: Implement sales strategies that can be applied across multiple European markets and teams.
