Description
Coordinating research and analysis that feeds into:
The Staff Engagement Plan - helping guide our workforce through mobilisation.
The Business Structure & Staffing Plan - developing the new organisational structure, job roles and Terms & Conditions.
Analyse and present HR/OD data to support strategy development.
Conduct research into best practices across HR and OD disciplines including staff engagement, leadership, culture and change.
Support the organisational restructure, liaising with legal teams and other stakeholders.
Monitor trends and developments in HR, including pay, roles, and engagement.
Build and maintain a structured library of HR/OD documents (e.g., role profiles, policies, T&Cs).
