Role Purpose:
As the Credit Control Administrator, you will be responsible for any manual billing for the organisation's services and products as invoiced to its clients.
The Credit Control Administrator will be responsible for any bespoke processes that are requested from the customer, using the customer’s preferred system (portal) of supplier delivered incoming invoices and credit notes.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide administration support for all clients using the (VERISAVE portal).
2. Provide administration support for all clients using other types of portals.
3. Manage any other manual proforma or invoice requests which are not non-standard.
4. Manage and process customer invoices and credit notes as and when requested.
5. Act as the finance interface with customer service.
6. Chase where applicable outstanding invoices for payment.
7. Assist the Credit Control Manager on all non-standard project work.
8. General housekeeping and administration.
9. Liaise with auditors as and when required.
10. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by any other Senior Finance Manager.
Your normal place of work will be Milton Keynes. However, the company may require you to perform your duties as such from other places of business within the company as is necessary and reasonable.
