First Military Recruitment are seeking a Service Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients.
The successful candidate will be the point of contact for customers and Engineers. To Coordinate Service Engineers on a daily basis. To raise new jobs, close and process chargeable invoices and close down none chargeable internal jobs to the correct cost centre.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process breakdown reports from clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
2. Arrange repairs, services, MOTs etc, liaising with in-house engineers & third party providers
3. Communicate with clients, providing updates on service status & resolving concerns
4. Assist engineering team with completion of repairs incl. record keeping & ordering parts
5. Maintain accurate records of service requests, including detailed notes and documentation
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of resources for service delivery
7. Perform data entry tasks to update client information and service records
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
12. Proficient in data entry and computer skills
13. Practical experience or industry knowledge of heavy machinery &/or HGV’s
Location: Cranleigh
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
