Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Oversees and supports the activities involved in the day-to-day running of Primark’s Ethical Trade Programme. Communicates with Primark B&M, Sourcing, Suppliers and Factories, Primark Ethical Trade Field Teams and ABF Legal on matters relating to ET Compliance, data and analysis. Provides timely information and documentation concerning labour standards and ethical trade per standard operating procedures. Supports the creation and delivery of training and engagement across the business on ethical trade matters. Promotes understanding of the correct processes and procedures, putting ethical trade at the heart of our operations. Works with global teams to develop and capture best practices. Leads in maintaining the teamwork plan, ensuring that other team members know their individual targets and feel supported in achieving goals. Manages issues, escalating as appropriate. Reports and communicates on issues effectively and appropriately with an assured level of accuracy.
