Kingston College are seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide administrative support to the Schools, Sections, Lecturers, Technical staff, Principal, Senior Management Team and students, to enable the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities, ensuring that the students can flourish in the College environment and achieve their personal learning goals.
The Curriculum Administrator will maintain and update timetables, registers and attendance data using College systems and process pay advice for sessional staff. You will also maintain accurately and timely student learning programme data in response to all funding streams and provide administrative support for School related functions including; APA process, cover arrangements, student references, student attendance, collating and issuing student progress reports and organising parent consultation evenings and purchase ordering to name a few.
