The Role The Academy Engineer role is a pathway to your career and progression within Auger and beyond. You will be assisting lead engineers with Water Supply Pipe repairs on-site; daily duties include excavating, installation of below-ground pipework, aiding in pipework replacement works, surface reinstatement etc. Over time we will provide you with all the training and support needed for you to be developed and progressed into a lead engineer, which will require commitment to growing your skills. The majority of the training will be site-based 'on the job', with the Lead Engineer taking the time to share their knowledge and experience with you.
