Job Description
We have partnered with a forward thinking dealership, that has over 40 years of experience in the heavy plant, new and used equipment services industry and is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Sales and Services Administrator across the two departments. The Sales and Services administrator would have experience in an administrative position, knowledge of heavy plant equipment and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Role: Sales and Services Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Within a reasonable commute of Corby
Responsibilities for Sales and Services administrator:
1. Weekly stock checks and list distribution to the sales team
2. Processing deal sheets and ensuring trade-in machine details are accurate
3. Conducting HPI checks on trade-in equipment
4. Calculating salesperson commissions
5. Coordinating invoicing with customers and finance companies
6. Liaising with the internal finance team on trade-ins, finance invoicing, and subsidy claims
7. Registering machines on manufacturer and internal systems
8. Purchasing warranty packages and applying for OEM rebates
9. Managing engine warranty registrations
10. Hire fleet invoicing and managing hire contracts
11. Providing cover for the Sales Office Controller when required
