Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist SEN school in Bournemouth who are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join their supportive and nurturing team.
The school cater exclusively for pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, all of whom have EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans). Many of the students are also diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition and present with complex needs.

Provide high-quality teaching in a supportive SEN environment
Adapt learning to meet the diverse needs of students
Create a calm, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with a strong team of teachers and support staff
We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) – SEN experience highly desirable
A calm, compassionate and resilient approach
Confidence in managing behaviour positively
Ability to adapt to short-term or longer-term assignments
