Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Waterlooville, is currently seeking a Stores Operative to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis. Key Responsibilities: Manage all stock and equipment Receive deliveries and input onto MRP system Report any discrepancies or quality issues to suppliers and raise reject notes as appropriate Check all materials and components correspond to purchase orders Ensure the accuracy of all recorded stock through appropriate systems and processes Receipt and issue goods to relevant jobs or areas Store goods in appropriate locations Ensure goods despatched to the workforce are controlled and recorded Monitor stock levels daily and input onto MRP system Manage stock levels as appropriate Job Requirements: Experience in stores, stock control, or materials management (an electronics background would be advantageous) Proficiency in using computers, preferably with experience of MRP systems A Reach FLT licence is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00.
