ABOUT THE INTENSIVE HOUSING MANAGEMENT OFFICER ROLE Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Intensive Housing Management Officer to join our team in Havering. In this role, you will provide vital residential support to single men aged 18 and over, helping them build brighter futures. You will provide housing management support, maintaining social contact and company to enhance personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy, and improving financial independence and economic wellbeing. Faringdon Avenue is a 25-bed residential high complex needs accommodation, offering 9 units of accommodation, each designed to support men with housing-related needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in: Enhancing personal safety, health, and security through meaningful social interactions. Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies and achieve financial independence. Promoting economic wellbeing and helping residents reintegrate into the community. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 - 5:00, Monday to Friday. with some flexibility to service needs Salary: £26,100 What are we looking for from a Intensive Housing Management Officer?
