I'm working with an innovative and rapidly growing organisation - a leading provider of health and medical services. As the business expands, it strives to provide high-quality health and well-being support to a diverse client base.
As a Data Analyst, you will join the high-performing IT team, and play a key role in leading the delivery of accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Data Analyst will be turning raw data into insights and actionable recommendations. Your analysis will drive service improvements, by identifying trends and issues within clients' operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in Power BI and other Power Platform applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Own the Microsoft Power Platform applications - Power BI, Power Automate, and Apps etc.
* Convert raw data from various sources into insightful reports.
* Analyse the data to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings to clients.
* Highlight and investigate recurring issues and trends.
* Drive resource planning through historic data analysis and forecasting.
* Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy.
* Collaborate with client relationship managers, team leaders, and MI teams to provide valuable insights.
* Deliver regular MI reporting, as well as working on ad hoc reporting requests and larger projects.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar Data Analyst role.
* Confident user of the Microsoft Power Platform stack, specifically Power BI and Power Automate.
* Advanced user of Excel.
* Proven ability to identify trends and opportunities within data.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
