We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Telesales Representative to join our client based in Swindon.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to Estate Agents, introducing the company’s inventory services, and securing new business opportunities. Your main focus will be on cold calling potential clients and generating leads for the company’s comprehensive inventory solutions for student lettings and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cold call Estate Agents and Property Managers to introduce the inventory services.
* Present and promote the inventory solutions, including check-ins, check-outs, and detailed reports.
* Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business.
* Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales goals.
* Update CRM systems with lead information and progress.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Commission Per Meeting:
– Small Agent Client (£10k/year): £50–£100 per meeting
– Large Student Agency Client (£50k/month): £100–£150 per meeting
Commission for Client Signing Up:
Once a contractor secures a signed deal with the Estate Agent, they will earn a higher commission. This incentivises them to not only book meetings but also close deals.
Performance Bonuses:
Additional bonuses will be paid for reaching performance targets.
Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses:
– Monthly Bonus: £1,000 for every 5 clients signed up per month
– Extra Bonus: £500 for every 10+ meetings booked in a month
– Quarterly Bonus: £2,000 for generating £100k in client revenue over the quarter
