What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partnering with leaders to shape and implement a people strategy aligned with business objectives
* Leading key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to succession planning.
* Overseeing Employee Relations cases and ensuring compliance with employment law
* Coaching and empowering managers to enhance leadership capabilities.
* Driving engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture Supporting health, safety, and well-being initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
* Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management
* Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment
* Experience managing complex ER cases and collaborating with unions (if applicable)
* A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
