Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based in Tharston. The role would suit someone who has worked within a busy office environment, where a ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach has been a given. You will have the opportunity to liaise daily with internal and external customers and will be involved in a variety of duties supporting this small but busy office. The successful applicant will have an outgoing personality and be able to relate to a variety of people from suppliers to customers whilst projecting a warm yet efficient telephone manner. What does it entail? This role with involve making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You need to be an exceptional team player who is always looking for the next task.
