Location: Glasgow and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, dependent on experience, location and contract type, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* In relation to surveys - conducting on-site witness auditing, reinspection (5%) auditing and desk top reviews of reports as required
* Desirable (but not essential) to also be able to audit our air-monitoring / clearance operations
* Providing quality training and development of field based teams
* Monitoring levels of staff authorisation and auditing
* Supporting trainees in their training, qualification process and sign off
* Ensuring cooperation with the Quality Manager to ensure the quality processes required of a UKAS accreditation are met and quality levels continuously improve
* Ensuring satisfied clients and that their KPIS are met (including quality and report delivery KPIS)
* Proactively assisting in any complaint investigation
* Working proactively as part of a team and with others including Programme Managers, Health and Safety Manager and others
* Any other specific, reasonable request as instructed by the directors of Tersus
What We’re Looking For:
* BOHS P402 or (RSPH) Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Inspection Surveying
* The BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos is desirable, not not essential
* Desirable to have obtained BOHS P403/P404
* Possess surveying, bulk sampling and report approval skill set in accordance with documented HSE and internal procedures
* Positive attitude with effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative with flexibility and responsiveness to work requests
