Sales Coordinator
Outskirts of Exeter
£30,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team on the outskirts of Exeter. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
2. Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
4. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
8. Support marketing initiatives and assist in organizing promotional events.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
