Package
* Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities
* Implement and manage social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
* Create engaging posts, digital content, and marketing collateral.
* Analyse and report on social media metrics.
* Manage digital reviews and responses for clients and candidates.
* Provide social media support to branches and oversee account settings.
* Create branded graphics and videos, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Conduct competitor reviews and monitor marketing performance.
* Assist in general marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
* Strong written communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling tools, and analytics.
* Experience with MS Office and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).
Desirable Skills:
* Recruitment industry marketing experience.
* Graphic design and Adobe proficiency.
* Creative campaign and copywriting expertise.
* Video editing skills.
* Salesforce CRM experience.
