Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global business on the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join the team. Our client is a multi-discipline organisation, with ambitious growth plans on the horizon and are delighted to be adding to their team with this hire.
This position will closely support a Finance Manager, across multiple businesses therefore this role would suit an ambitious individual, who is keen to progress quickly as well as work autonomously and part of a small team.
Our client is based in the Hotwells area of Bristol and adopt a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to:
* Managing all supplier invoices, ensuring they contain valid PO numbers, and are processed and approved promptly.
* Weekly posting of all bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
* Managing all credit card reconciliations.
* Liaising with all suppliers to resolve queries as required.
* Ensuring adherence to financial processes, compliance and company guidelines.
* Chasing overdue debt and preparing weekly debtors and creditors reports.
* Supporting with approval and processing of employee expense claims.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
