You even have the option to buy an extra week Birthday Delight: Take your special day off to celebrate YOU Free Parking Health & Wellbeing programme; including critical illness insurance The Role Scope To develop the training structure for logistics and ensure quality training is designed, delivered and documented. ✨Role key responsibility Leading the designing and creation of detailed training documentation To work with internal experts to develop content and/or run training sessions Select, coach and mentor on site trainers to ensure quality of training across logistics Standardise all training sign offs within Logistics Keep accurate up to date training records in a centralised system Partner with all areas of the business to document training requirements and help with execution Review and update training processes in line with business needs and objectives To ensure every role has a standardised training path from day 1 Continually looking to improve what we do and how we do it About You About you ✨Skill/competency Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to think creatively and strategically Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Ability to quickly adapt to changing company needs in order to manage and prioritise several projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting Professional certification preferred (e.g. ILM, CIPD, etc.) Experience in developing and implementing training programs. Knowledge of various training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom training, mentoring, and e-learning programs.
