Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
Maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations
Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses and process accurate payroll transactions
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £20.00
