We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator.
This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £29,500.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Assisting with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence and deputising for the HR Advisor in their absence
* Supporting with employee lifecycle processes including updating starters and leavers on the system
* Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
* Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completion
* Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system along with any other data systems
* Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs
* Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
* Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
Experience required:
* Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries
* Ability to manage HR inbox
* Organise training and induction packs for new starters
