To manufacture high integrity piece parts to support the OE and Aftermarket build and test of control systems. This will be undertaken in accordance with all relevant Customer, Design, and Quality procedures, while supporting the business in exceeding Customer expectations regarding Cost, Quality, and Delivery. As a Manufacturing Technician (Electronics IPC), you will be responsible for:
1. Mounting working devices & parts correctly according to instructions to complete parts to required specifications.
2. Hand soldering PCBs.
3. Completing quality checks on your own work.
4. Completing the relevant documentation (quality, operation data sheets, maintenance, reports, technique sheets, etc.) for all work done.
5. Raising Non-Conformance documentation and assisting the team and management in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
6. Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
7. Experience with IPC 610 / IPC J-STD is advantageous.
8. Experience in manual hand soldering on electronics circuit boards.
9. Working with any Electronic component PICK & PLACE machines within a production setting.
10. Knowledge of ESD principles.
11. Knowledge of FOD principles.
12. Handling of Electronic components.
13. Good level of TPM & Housekeeping responsibility.
14. Willingness to embrace personal growth.
15. Demonstrate ability to operate within a Continuous Improvement environment.
16. Ability to align with Lean manufacturing principles.
