Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

They are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to deliver financial analysis and support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Leadership: Manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts, aligning with strategic objectives.

* Financial Modeling: Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for accurate forecasting of revenues, expenses, and other metrics.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly evaluate financial performance, preparing detailed reports that highlight trends and variances for management.
* Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with department leads to drive financial outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within FP&A to optimize reporting accuracy and analytical rigor.
Experience Needed:
* Educational Background: A relevant degree (Finance, Accounting)
* Professional Experience: Proven track record as an FP&A/ Finance Manager or similar role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
