Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges.
* Provide personal care (feeding, changing, toileting) where required.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions as directed by senior staff.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the emotional well-being of students.
* Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet individual needs.
* Monitor and track student progress, reporting any concerns to the relevant staff members.
* Promote a culture of respect, tolerance, and empathy within the school community.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with students with behavioural difficulties or SEN (Special Educational Needs) is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient and compassionate approach to working with students.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
