An excellent opportunity has arisen in Northampton for an Alternative Provision Teacher, paying £30000 - £44000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
As an Alternative Provision Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Planning and teaching engaging lessons catered to student's academic levels and learning needs
Employing specialised techniques to deliver curriculum to students with SEMH/behavioural issues
Fostering a safe, supportive classroom environment in challenging environments

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Unqualified teachers will still be considered if you have a proven track record of previous experience within SEND)
Knowledge of KS3/KS4
Contribute to citizenship, SMSC and enterprise according to school policy
Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
A strong positive role model
