Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls promptly
3. Check in and out of customers
4. Take reservations and payments
5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is advantageous
2. Proficient in using office software
3. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
