Job Overview:
This position is ideal for a seasoned Conveyancing professional with strong client liaison skills and a passion for driving business growth. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with clients, particularly Estate Agents, while meeting sales targets and providing exceptional client service. The candidate will also coordinate with Conveyancing Secretaries and provide training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on Estate Agents.
• Generate leads and grow the business within the designated regions.
• Meet agreed-upon monthly sales and business targets.
• Attend and organize client meetings, events, and functions.
• Resolve transfer-related challenges in collaboration with Conveyancing Secretaries.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors, providing updates on client cases.
• Plan and execute client visitation schedules, ensuring timely attendance.
• Offer training and support to clients where necessary.
• Participate in performance review meetings with the Conveyancer/Director.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the legal or property sector.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to meet clients.
• Full proficiency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms, including face-to-face, email, and WhatsApp.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
