You will join their friendly, supportive team whose vision aligns with one thing only: the pupils If this sounds like the kind of environment you see yourself building a career, please continue reading About the Role: The successful SEN / SEND Teacher will be supporting students aged between 11 and 16 years old (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4) with a variety of needs including, Autism, ADHD, Attachment & Trauma Anxiety and SEMH. Whilst you will have the full support of your new Team, you will have the autonomy to help create resources, build upon individual learning plans, and identify and implement creative ways to encourage learning inside and outside of the classroom. You will need to be able to plan, prepare and deliver lesson of all abilities and be adaptable with you approach. About You: The school is looking for an enthusiastic team member who is proactive, well-organised, and flexible. You must be empathetic and a team player to provide educational support to pupils alongside providing personal care if ever needed. You will understand the importance of a person-centered approach to teaching and learning and will ensure the student’s learning is a positive experience.
