The difference you will make as a Retirement Living Assistant
This role is based across 3 schemes in Liverpool:
* St. Anne's in Old Swan, L13
You will travel to each scheme based on business needs.
Customers are aged 55 and over, with diverse backgrounds.
You will act as an initial point of contact via phone and reception, maintaining professionalism and supportiveness, working as part of a team to deliver best practices. You will assist in day-to-day housing management, including tenancy agreements, record keeping, and confidentiality.
About you
We seek someone with:
* Experience in customer-focused environments
* Experience working with vulnerable and/or older people
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Role Profile
* Serve as an initial contact point on phone and reception
* Assist with housing management and tenancy agreements
* Maintain records securely, uphold confidentiality
* Report repairs and maintenance needs
* Monitor service contracts and health and safety standards
* Ensure safety and security at schemes
* Promote customer involvement and communication
* Conduct site inspections for maintenance and cleanliness
* Use IT systems for record-keeping
* Follow safeguarding policies
* Monitor property standards and reactive repairs
* Work with colleagues to meet KPIs
* Travel to other schemes as needed
* Ensure compliance with equality and diversity policies
* Contribute to organizational service delivery
* Undertake personal development and training
* Perform other duties as assigned
